Austin D. Kennedy

Austin Kennedy is well versed in the areas of immigration and naturalization law. His practice also includes those areas that intersect with immigration law such as employment law, family law, business law, civil litigation and administrative law. Austin devotes much of his expertise to employment-based immigration, employer immigration compliance, investor immigration programs and family-based immigration. Austin has helped employers navigate our immigration laws and find the talent they need to be successful in virtually every sector including health care, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, information technology, education, research, finance and non-profit. He has also helped families and loved ones from all over the world come together in the United States.

Austin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is the Secretary for the Iowa/Nebraska Chapter. He writes a blog, KennedyImmigrationLaw.com, that features immigration-related news and commentary. Austin serves on the board for the Polk County Volunteer Lawyer’s Project.
