Doug Fulton is a shareholder of Brick Gentry P.C., and has more than 25 years of experience practicing in the Des Moines area. His areas of focus include labor and employment matters, healthcare and regulatory matters, civil litigation and business law. Doug has represented clients in state and federal court, arbitration and mediation, as well as state and federal administrative agencies. As part of his focus, Doug advises many healthcare clients on licensor and regulatory issues including representation in matters involving Medicare and Medicaid. Doug also is involved in advising employers in employee discipline procedures and assists with drafting, reviewing and revising general employment policies, contracts and affirmative action programs.
