Nick Miller is a skilled trial and appellate litigator with experience handling cases in federal, state, and administrative proceedings across a wide range of industries and subject matters, including intellectual property, trade secrets, finance, financial technology, commercial contracts, insurance, government, and constitutional law. Nick represents and advises clients at all stages of a dispute. He helps clients identify and address prospective legal issues before they make their way to court. Most importantly, Nick takes a thoughtful, analytical approach to litigation to achieve the best and most efficient outcomes.

Before joining Brick Gentry, Nick gained invaluable trial and appellate court experience by serving two federal judicial clerkships, one with the Honorable Chief Judge Laurie Smith Camp of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska and another with the Honorable L. Steven Grasz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. After his clerkships, Nick practiced with Baird Holm, LLP in Omaha, Nebraska, and Fredrikson & Bryon, P.A. in Des Moines, Iowa.
