Thomas L. Flynn

Shareholder

Tom Flynn is a shareholder whose practice emphasizes banking law, gaming law, bankruptcy law, business law, real estate law, wills and estate planning, and probate law. Flynn is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy, and served as a bankruptcy trustee for over forty years. He represents approximately twenty banking institutions. On behalf of a casino client, he has appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court on a matter involving the constitutionality of certain taxes.
