Conflict of Interest: We perform a conflict check on all incoming email submissions. Please initially submit only the following information via email:
- Your Name
- Telephone number and your best time for contact
- Your preferred email address for contact
Please do not expand into the facts of your particular case before an attorney contacts you and determines that no conflict of interest exists. An example of a conflict of interest would be if our firm represents someone that you are considering suing. The attorneys at Brick Gentry, P.C. reserve the right to decline services for any reason, without the necessity of giving a reason. It is important to remember that your email of information to Brick Gentry, P.C., or any of its individual attorneys, does not create an attorney/client relationship.
Statute of Limitations: In certain cases a statute of limitations may exist. If you do not bring your case within the statute of limitations the right to bring a claim is lost forever. If you have a claim and an attorney from Brick Gentry, P.C. does not represent you, you should immediately seek counsel to fully protect your rights.
