How to Work the Ring: Labor Negotiations

Labor negotiations can be a complicated process requiring specialized training. This training seminar will focus on an analysis of the process from the management side of the table. Topics for discussion include packaging proposals, types of negotiation, trends in benefits, and persuasion techniques. The topics discussed will revolve around the good faith duty to bargain under the National Labor Relations Act, which is similar to the obligations under the various state labor relations laws.
