Andrew J. Morgan

Andrew Morgan joined Brick Gentry P.C. as an associate in 2018. Andrew works in the firm's Intellectual Property Law group and specializes in all aspects of Intellectual Property and Technology law including the enforcement, prosecution and transfer of intellectual property rights. Andrew has unique and extensive experience with niche subject matters in trademark law such as color trademarks and trade dress. Andrew also provides counseling with regards to strategic brand management from the conception stage to dispute resolution.
Prior to attending Drake University Law School, Andrew received his degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he studied interstate conflict with a special focus in nuclear non-proliferation.
